Asset Living seeks a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee operations of a housing community portfolio, focusing on affordable housing, compliance, and staff leadership. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring adherence to fair housing and regulatory guidelines.
The role requires experience in LIHTC/Section 8 processes, strong budgeting skills, and a track record of coaching and developing onsite teams to meet performance standards
