Percy is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee an affordable housing portfolio of roughly 1,000+ units in the Greater Albany Capital Region. You will lead onsite teams, ensure LIHTC/Section 8 compliance, and drive lease-up activity tied to redevelopment projects.
The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to stabilize under-resourced sites, and strong performance management to deliver results across multiple communities.
