Job description
Ugly Dumpling is seeking a Regional Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple locations while delivering exceptional hospitality and driving performance.
You will partner with the Head of Operations and franchisees to drive business results, manage budgets, coach managers, and uphold brand standards. Availability for evenings and weekends and substantial travel is required.
