Job description
SECTR Partners are supporting a growing DSO in their search for a Regional Manager in Houston. The Regional Manager is responsible for the operational performance, growth, team development, and financial success of a portfolio of dental practices throughout Houston.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple dental practices across the Houston region.
Monitor key performance indicators including production, collections, new patients, case acceptance, hygiene performance, scheduling, cancellations, staffing, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to increase patient volume, treatment acceptance, hygiene utilization, and provider productivity.
Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high-performing Practice Managers and operational leaders.
Reinforce a culture where patients are treated with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
Requirements:
+3 years multi-site experience within healthcare
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L performance and business KPIs.
Strong people-management and leadership-development skills.
