Kids for the Future is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations and finances of residential rental properties across multiple sites. You will act as the company representative in reporting to investors, owners, and owner representatives.
The role recruits, hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates property-level staff, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and operating agreements, while driving performance and safety across properties.
