As a RegionalManager, your key responsibilities will be to plan, monitor and manage long‑term strategic projects / programs from initiation through completion. This position secures required resources, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes and is responsible for project success and profitability.

What it takes?
10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus
Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability
Willingness to travel to project sites frequently

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Expected Salary Range: $157,000 USD - $216,000 USD
