Job description
Hawthorne Residential Partners in Charlotte seeks a Regional Manager to drive financial, operational, and cultural performance across a portfolio of apartment communities. You will partner with Community Managers, corporate leadership, and ownership to optimize occupancy, revenue, and expense control while upholding Hawthorne’s Live It culture.
You will lead, coach, and develop onsite leaders, conduct regular site visits, and implement policy consistency across the portfolio.
