Job description
Goldfish Swim School – Louisville & Lexington, KY is seeking a Regional Manager to lead two locations, coaching General Managers, driving enrollment and revenue growth, and ensuring safety, lesson quality, and customer experience standards are met. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and data-driven decision making across both schools.
The role requires 40–50 hours per week on-site with travel between Louisville and Lexington, plus evenings and weekends as needed.
