Job description
Läderach North America is seeking a Regional Manager for the Tri-State area, based in New York, NY. You will lead multi‑unit stores, set targets, supervise store managers and drive sales, profitability and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with company standards.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of multi‑unit leadership, a business degree, strong strategic planning, and the ability to travel 70–80% to support stores and initiatives across the region.
