Job description
LV Collective is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of student housing communities in the Columbus area. You will supervise Community Managers, ensure LV standards, and partner with ownership and corporate leadership to drive asset performance.
You will oversee team development, budgeting, payroll oversight, turn readiness, vendor oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with Leasing, Facilities, and Accounting to optimize operations.
