Proven ability to lead through others: coaching frontline leaders, building high-performing multi-layered teams, and driving performance management, development planning, and succession

Strong financial acumen - budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and a clear line of sight from operational decisions to P&L outcomes

Skilled at managing client relationships end-to-end: setting expectations, reporting on KPIs, and spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts

Fluent in retail data and dashboards, with the ability to turn insights into regional action plans and use data to coach teams in real time

A strategic mindset that translates company direction into regional execution plans aligned to both business and client goals

Comfortable identifying systemic gaps, leading change initiatives, and driving adoption of new programs or tools across regions

Strong systems thinking and root-cause analysis, with sound judgment for making trade-off calls even with incomplete information
