About Trility Golf Group
Trility Golf Group is the only company of its kind operating at the highest level of professional golf. We deploy premium, on-site VIP activations at PGA Tour, PGA Tour Champions, LIV Golf, Korn Ferry, and elite private club events across North America — delivering Player Services, a Performance Suite, and a Lounge experience that no one else in the space provides.
We’re growing fast, and we’re building our teams region by region. This is your chance to get in early, own a territory, and grow with a company that promotes from within.
Elevate. Cultivate. Differentiate.
The Role
The Regional Manager owns the full sales-to-execution cycle in their territory: sourcing, qualifying, and closing their own deals, then planning and leading those events on site.
You’ll start with a ramp-up period of up to three months focused on building pipeline — sourcing and qualifying opportunities while our sales team handles closing calls. Once ramp-up is complete, you’ll run your own closing calls and lead the events you sell.
You’ll report to our Director of Sales & Strategy on the sales side and our Director of Operations on the event side, with direct support from our President. If you’re hungry, self-driven, and want a real path to leadership, this is a launching pad.
What You’ll Do
Sales
Source and prospect new opportunities with private clubs, event management companies, and corporate clients across the territory
Execute daily outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social, using CRM, LinkedIn, and industry sources to find new prospects
Book discovery calls, qualify opportunities, prepare quotes, and close deals
Build and manage client relationships, driving renewals and repeat business
Keep your pipeline, activity, and contact records up to date in the CRM and report progress to the Director of Sales & Strategy
Events
Plan the events you close in coordination with the Director of Operations
Lead on-site execution to Trility’s service and brand standards
Capture event-sourced leads and conversations in the CRM for follow-up
Support post-event client follow-up to drive satisfaction and renewals
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of sales, business development, or SDR/BDR experience (or a proven track record of hustle and results)
Comfort and confidence with high-volume outreach and the ability to close
Strong organization and CRM discipline; you log everything and follow up relentlessly
A self-starter who thrives with ownership and minimal hand-holding
Willingness and ability to travel to events across the territory
Professional, polished, and client-ready — you’ll represent a premium brand at elite events
Passion for or knowledge of golf is a strong plus
Based in or able to operate effectively across the territory
Why Trility
Get in early with a company defining a brand-new category in the golf industry
Own your deals from first call to on-site execution
Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses — the more you produce, the more you earn
Clear, merit-based path to leadership
Behind-the-ropes access to premium professional golf events
A team that invests in your growth
