Horner & Shifrin seeks a full-time Regional Manager or Assistant Regional Manager for our Structural Building unit in Illinois. A 10+ year track record and PE license are required to lead complex projects and manage profitability across the region.
This role emphasizes client relations, project oversight, and staff development within a collaborative, employee-owned firm known for growth and quality. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering is required, with MS Office proficiency desired.
