Lauber Business Partners is conducting an exclusive search for a Regional Managing Partner who will help shape the future of our client, TriCore, a leading industrial automation and technology solutions company.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Regional Managing Partner will lead one of TriCore's most established regions, oversee business operations and project execution, and help position the organization for continued success.

The Opportunity
The Regional Managing Partner is responsible for the overall success of their Region, including business performance, client satisfaction, project delivery, forecasting, talent development, and sustainable growth. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this leader partners closely with leadership, sales, operations, engineering, and project management teams to drive results and execute regional priorities.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational accountability. The Regional Managing Partner oversees a complex portfolio of customer engagements and active projects, ensuring resources are aligned, teams are working effectively, and client commitments are delivered with excellence. Success requires balancing growth initiatives with strong operational execution, fostering collaboration across departments, and creating a culture of accountability, communication, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Leadership
Own regional business performance, forecasting, and operational results
Partner with leadership to establish growth plans and regional priorities
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Provide visibility into regional opportunities, challenges, and business trends
Client Growth & Market Development
Support customer retention and long-term account growth
Build and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders
Identify opportunities to expand strategic customer relationships
Represent TriCore throughout the region and strengthen market presence
Partner with sales leadership to execute regional growth initiatives
Operational Excellence
Oversee project execution, resource planning, and service delivery across a diverse portfolio of customer engagements
Ensure teams are aligned to meet customer commitments, operational goals, and regional objectives
Evaluate processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and support operational standardization efforts
Drive accountability, communication, and execution while maintaining exceptional customer service and project quality
Balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term growth initiatives and strategic priorities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team
Foster a culture centered on teamwork, accountability, safety, and customer service
Support hiring, onboarding, succession planning, and employee development
Influence and collaborate effectively across functions and reporting lines
What We're Looking For
Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Operational leadership experience with responsibility for business performance
P&L ownership and forecasting experience
Revenue accountability and commercial leadership exposure
Experience leading managers, technical teams, project teams, or customer-facing operations
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Ability to influence across an organization and lead through others
Candidates with experience leading businesses, regions, operations, or customer-focused teams in technical, manufacturing, engineering services, systems integration, or related environments are encouraged to apply.
