Job description
Brunswick Corporation, Mercury Marine, is seeking a senior regional sales leader to drive dealer acquisition, development and retention across the southeastern U.S. You will coach BDMs, oversee field execution, and partner with OEMs to meet revenue, margin and share targets in a remote, highly collaborative role.
The position requires 5–10 years in dealer environments, strong communication skills, and a proven sales track record in marine products. Travel ~60% with relocation supported.
