Job description
Lund Boats, part of Brunswick, seeks a District Business Manager to build profitable market share across a large multi-state territory. You will establish dealer targets, guide training, and collaborate with Brunswick brands to drive sales and profitability.
The ideal candidate will reside in the region (Carolinas, Tennessee or Florida preferred) with 5+ years in sales or sales management, travel up to 80%, and a proven ability to convert data into growth strategies.
