Job description
M/I Homes is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead regional marketing strategy across multiple divisions. You will drive walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth by aligning budgets with division goals and coordinating cross-functional teams.
This role requires 5+ years in multi-market marketing, strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coach field teams on best practices; travel frequently to divisions.
