Job description
M/I Homes seeks a Region Marketing Director to drive regional marketing strategy and performance. You will increase walk-in traffic, phone inquiries, and lead growth across divisions, aligning budgets with goals and setting community-level standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose gaps, share best practices, and coach field marketing teams. Lead, mentor, and develop division marketers, manage spend allocations, and report results with a data-driven approach.
