Job description
M/I Homes is seeking a Region Marketing Director to lead strategic marketing direction and performance across multiple divisions in the Nashville area and beyond. The role focuses on increasing walk-in traffic, inbound calls, and new lead growth with data-supported budgets and standards.
You will partner with cross-functional teams and division leaders to diagnose gaps, share best practices, and coach field marketing teams on effective processes while traveling to assigned divisions as needed.
