Job description
RPM Living is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to provide strategic marketing support for a portfolio of properties and coordinate with the Regional Operations team. The role focuses on leasing-driven marketing, leveraging internal teams and agency partners to craft the right marketing mix for each property.
You will develop marketing plans for lease-up communities, review performance bi-weekly, and present insights aligned with KPIs and market targets.
