Job description
Element Fleet Management, based in the United States, is seeking a Managing Director to lead a commercial region as a standalone business. You will build a high-performing team of Sales Directors, drive profitable revenue growth, and own pipeline health, forecasting, and deal economics while coordinating with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Product.
You will manage regional client acquisition, coach leaders, and optimize win rates, cycle times, and conversion across multiple segments.
