Job description
Sweetwater Care seeks an experienced MDS Resource Nurse to support facilities in the Denver area. The role provides expert leadership for organization-wide quality initiatives, and oversees the implementation and evaluation of the facility’s Quality Measurement and Performance Improvement program to ensure outcomes.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has several years in nursing administration, and brings long-term care leadership experience to drive quality and patient safety
