ASAS Health and Alpine Physician Partners are hiring a Regional Medical Director to oversee clinical and leadership functions in the Corpus Christi and Rio Grande Valley regions.

Position Overview
Full‑time, 1.0 FTE role with a 50% clinical and 50% leadership focus, including physician assistant supervision and use of the EHR Elation system.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight and excellence in patient care across the region.
Lead and supervise allied health providers and physicians.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve access, quality, and cost of care.
Participate in strategy and implementation of value‑based care initiatives.
Maintain credentialing and compliance with employer standards.
Qualifications
Medical degree from a fully accredited school.
Completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
Board certification or eligibility in the corresponding specialty.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Proficiency with the EHR Elation system.
