Job description
ChenMed is seeking a Medical Director to oversee clinical operations across multiple centers within a defined market. You will regularly visit centers, guide Medical Directors, and partner with the Regional President to ensure top-tier patient outcomes and market performance.
You will lead physician development, recruit PCPs/NPs/Medical Directors, and build strong relationships with payers, hospitals, and the community while aligning with ChenMed’s care model and values.
