Job description
Theoria Medical is seeking a physician leader to oversee regional clinical strategy, quality outcomes, and provider engagement across post-acute care facilities. You will balance approximately 80% clinical responsibilities with 20% administrative leadership, travel ~20% to support facilities and partnerships, and guide performance initiatives across markets.
Ideal candidates are MDs or DOs with board certification in relevant specialties, active licensure, and at least five years of leadership
