Paycom - ATS is seeking a Regional Site Medical Director in Jefferson City, MO to provide clinical leadership across assigned sites. The role includes direct patient care and supervision of medical staff under the Statewide Medical Director, collaborating with site leadership to ensure high-quality services.
The position supports a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) with a Monday–Friday, day shift pattern and no on-call requirement.
