Job description
CareMed Group seeks a Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and medical oversight for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. You will coordinate resident care with nurse practitioners, nursing leadership, attending physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
This role ensures regulatory compliance, leads quality improvement initiatives, and develops clinical best practices across facilities. You will balance onsite rounding with administrative oversight for multiple campuses.
