Job description
ACAC Pennsylvania is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead membership sales performance across assigned clubs. You will recruit, coach and develop Membership Advisors, ensuring alignment with ACAC’s five-star service standards and sales processes.
The role partners with General Managers, Marketing and Home Office to maximize growth, retention and market penetration, traveling regularly to sites and leading in-person coaching.
