Job description
Macy's is seeking a FOB subject matter expert to drive long-range plans and in-season analysis, directing merchandise execution to support sales growth. You will lead Coordinators, balance corporate strategy with localization, and partner with regional teams to maximize opportunities.
You will mentor the Merchandise Coordinator team, develop talent, and work closely with stores and divisions to execute strategic plans and drive results in a dynamic retail environment in New York.
