Job description
FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding the area through Advancement Lanes: Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent and International. The Director will develop and execute a ministry plan in alignment with the FCA Vision, Mission, and values, and lead discipleship in Sports Environments.
The role requires leading staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes, building partnerships, and ensuring FCA policies and biblical standards are followed.
