Job description
FCA seeks a Director for the Toledo, OH Metro area to grow the ministry through prayer, staffing, and funding. You will align with the Regional VP and boards to execute a ministry plan across ministry, board, donor, talent, and international advancement lanes.
You will lead strategic discipleship in FCA Sports Environments, ensuring biblical standards and FCA policies are followed while developing staff and volunteers to multiply disciples.
