Job description
FCA is seeking a Director to lead its Fort Myers ministry, growing the work through prayer, staffing and fundraising in alignment with leaders to fulfill the FCA Mission.
The role will craft strategic plans for ministry advancement across ministry, board, donor, talent and international efforts, and will recruit, develop, and empower staff and volunteers to mentor athletes and coaches in a biblically centered environment.
