Job description
FCA seeks a Director to grow the ministry in Northern Colorado by praying, staffing, and funding through the Advancement Lanes. You will work with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to execute a strategic ministry plan across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, and International initiatives.
You will lead spiritual development for staff, volunteers, coaches, and athletes, and ensure alignment with FCA values and policies in all activities.
