Job description
Young Life Northeast Texas Region is seeking an Associate Regional Director to join our faith-driven team. This role oversees six to twelve growing areas and collaborates with staff to advance ministry across the region.
You will partner with the Regional Director to cast vision, recruit diverse leadership, fundraise, and ensure prayerful strategic planning. A strong record in leadership, mentorship, and relational outreach is essential.
