Job description
FCA seeks a Regional Vice President to provide spiritual leadership, ministry direction, training, resources, and support for field staff and volunteers to achieve the mission of FCA. This role will model FCA values and ensure ministry is conducted to biblical standards.
The RVP will oversee staff development, leadership boards, and growth of financial resources, coordinating unity between field staff and the Support Center across the Northeast region.
