Job description
Arcadia Care is seeking a Mobile Director of Nursing (DON) to plan, organize, develop and direct day-to-day nursing operations across the region in compliance with federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
This leadership role requires a nursing degree, an active Illinois RN license, and a minimum of 3 years in supervisory healthcare roles, with strong coordination and administrative capabilities across multiple facilities.
