Job description
Hancock Whitney in Austin, TX seeks a regional Mortgage Manager to lead a group of originators, establish production goals, and coach the team toward higher performance. You will collaborate with other bank lines and external partners to drive origination volume.
You will oversee recruiting, training, and development, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and partner with Mortgage Operations to meet service levels across origination, processing, and closing.
