Job description
H&R Block in Brookline, MA is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational execution, and business results.
You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and processes, and travel between offices to maintain hands-on leadership and drive sustained performance across the portfolio.
