Job description
Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead, coach, and manage Neuroscience Sales Representatives within a defined geographic area in the United States. The RBD will help build Ipsen's sales organization and lead the region to meet or exceed goals while complying with company policies.
The RBD will develop regional business plans, implement national sales strategies, and focus the team on high impact opportunities by using rigorous analytics and cultivating relationships
