Job description
Ipsen seeks a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead, coach, and manage Neuroscience Sales Representatives across a defined geography. You will build the regional business plan, align field activities to brand strategy, and drive attainment of sales targets while ensuring compliance with Ipsen policies.
The role requires deep Neuroscience product knowledge, payer and access expertise, and the ability to develop strong KOL relationships.
