Job description
Ipsen in Lexington, KY seeks a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead and coach Neuroscience Sales Representatives within a defined territory. You will develop business plans, implement national sales strategies, and ensure compliance with Ipsen policies while pursuing region targets.
You will build relationships with key customers and KOLs, recruit and develop NSRs, manage budget, and collaborate with Value & Access teams to optimize payer access and brand objectives.
