Job description
Ipsen’s Regional Business Director - Neuroscience will lead the Neuroscience sales force across a defined region, recruiting, coaching, and ensuring performance against targets while ensuring compliance with Ipsen’s policies.
The role focuses on developing business plans, building key relationships with customers and KOLs, and coordinating with Value & Access to optimize market access and reimbursement strategies.
