Job description
Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience to lead the neuroscience sales team across a defined region. You will recruit, coach, and manage Neuroscience Specialty Representatives, develop region-specific business plans, and execute national strategies to achieve sales growth while ensuring compliance with policies.
You will build relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, drive access strategies with Value & Access teams, and work with cross-functional partners
