Job description
Ipsen is seeking a Regional Business Director - Neuroscience in Detroit to lead, coach and manage the Neuroscience sales force within a defined geographic region. You will recruit, train and evaluate regional Sales Representatives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and achieving sales targets.
The role requires deep biopharma experience, payer/contract knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with Value & Access, Operations and brand teams to drive market access and growth.
