Job description
PruittHealth Corporation seeks a Senior Nurse Consultant (RN) to support regulatory compliance and survey readiness across Coastal Georgia. This full-time role requires 80% travel with coverage in Savannah and Brunswick, GA.
You will partner with Administrators and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen compliance programs, lead QAPI initiatives, review MDS and care plans, and coach facility leadership toward improved survey outcomes and resident-centered care.
