Job description
American Medical Administrators LTC is seeking a Regional Nurse Consultant to serve as the clinical linchpin across facilities in the region. You will support Directors of Nursing, ensure CMS compliance, and drive quality improvements through audits, training, and performance analytics.
You will partner with the Regional Director of Operations to align nursing services with organizational goals and lead efforts to recruit, mentor, and develop strong nursing leadership across the region.
