Job description
Professional Case Management is seeking a Regional Director of Clinical Operations in the Farmington, NM area. You will lead nurse case management teams to deliver safe, effective home health services and manage regional clinical operations in line with policies and regulations.
Some travel to client sites may be required. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, 5+ years nursing experience (home care preferred) and 3+ years of management experience, with strong communication and data skills.
