Job description
GREATER NEW BEDFORD SURGERY CENTER seeks an experienced Regional Nurse Director to lead clinical operations across two ophthalmic ambulatory centers in Dartmouth, MA and Warwick, RI. You will partner with Eye Surgeons, anesthesia, and executive leadership to optimize perioperative care, staffing, and patient experience.
You will drive accreditation readiness, quality initiatives, and a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while enjoying a predictable Monday–Friday
