Job description
Compass Health Network is looking for a Regional Nurse Director to lead nursing teams and provide clinical oversight for outpatient medication clinics in Jefferson County. This role is pivotal in expanding access to compassionate behavioral healthcare in rural environments.
Ideal candidates will possess an Associate degree in nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), an active RN license in Missouri, and strong leadership skills. Experience in mental health and management is preferred.
