Job description
Tali Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Nurse to lead clinical operations across six Massachusetts facilities. You will partner with facility leadership to strengthen nursing teams, improve resident outcomes, and maintain high standards of care.
The ideal candidate is a Massachusetts RN with DON leadership experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel regularly between all sites to support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
